Flower for the Day Morning Glory 7-31-2020

Purple morning  glory (Ipomoea purpurea) grows easily from seeds. It is quick growing and vines around

nearby structures so we have it on our front porch. 

This year it has bloomed much earlier than usual. Its color is pH sensitive.

It is invasive if not watched but it does weed out easily.
