Flower for the Day Coneflower 7-18-2020

The coneflower (Ratibida pinnata) is majestic throughout the growing season. My favorite time for them is in the fall when the  finches feed off the seeds and the two of them sway back and forth.

On a blazing hot day in July we can look forward to the fall.
