Don's Blog And the Rains Came

We are at the lake for the 4th and it has been raining for more than a week. This morning

Lake Aspen has what is  called  "The Overflow".  The beach and the seawall have disappeared.

The sea wall is way under water.

If you want to come for a picnic today you will need to take your shoes off.

The good news is that the lake recedes quickly.
