Resting 8-7-14

My boys gave me a Basis Watch for Fathers Day. At the turnaround of yesterdays hike I was feeling fine and thought I would check my pulse on my special watch. It was 135 so I lay down for a rest and cloud watch. The pulse came down to 107 immediately. Interesting.
