Garland of Flowers

The Golden Girl the morning after her Golden Wedding Anniversary.
On our Silver Anniversary I gave her a garland of flowers and she
is wearing the garland I gave her this week. It is striking and we
will dry it soon so we can use it at home. The original Greek Olympian's
received garlands for winning. Jan is certainly a champion.

Fireweed and a small bonus

Fireweed at a very dry Bear Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park.
Below is a cow elk munchingon lunch just below the fireweed.

Greetings from the "Golden" couple. We both feel so fortunate to have found each other more than fifty years ago. It seems like only yesterday.

Gnome Garden

Even in the blistering heat with a little water the gnome garden does well
with Black Eyed Susans and cone flowers. The little fellas just keep on smiling.

Tiger Lily

These are our oldest true lilies. They are on a strong stalk but watch
out for the stamen - you will never get the rust colored pollen out of your shirt.
